This service is owned and operated by STCLab (“STCLab”).
The following Terms of Use provide the conditions and related stipulations of the Services.
If you do not agree to the Terms of Use or do not have such permission, do not use or participate in any features provided by the Service. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that the organization is authorized to comply with these Terms of Use.
1. Modifications of the Terms
STCLab may revise these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the service. By accessing the Services, you agree to the latest version of these Terms. Please check Site regularly to view our then-current Terms.
2. Privacy Policy
All personal information you provide to STCLab is in accordance with STCLab's Privacy Policy.
3. Third Party Technology
The Services may contain links to third party websites or technology (“Third Party Technology”). STCLab does not endorse or assume responsibility for such third parties. STCLab is not responsible for the operation or functioning of such Third Party Technology. You are solely responsible for your use of Third Party Technology. In addition, we may also provide software that is covered by an open source license. If there are provisions in those open source licenses that expressly conflict with these Terms, the relevant open source license terms will apply.
4. User Account
In registering for the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration form. And you agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. You agree not to create an account using a false identity or information. You agree not to create an account or use the Site if you have been previously removed or banned from STCLab.
It is your responsibility to safeguard the login and password that you use to access the Site. You agree not to share your login and password with any third party, including not sharing your login amongst two or more users. You are responsible for any activity originating from your account, regardless of whether such activity is authorized by you. You should notify STCLab immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Stop and Suspension of the Service
STCLab may choose to modify or discontinue the Services, including any portion of the Services as we update our offerings and add more features. STCLab may stop, suspend, or modify the Services at any time without prior notice to you.
6. Updates
You understand that the Services need to change.. STCLab may update the Services with or without your approval. You may need to update Third Party Software from time to time in order to use the Services.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not copy, modify, host, republish, or sell the Services. You may not use the Services in a manner that infringes, dilutes, denies, or violates any intellectual property rights or the exclusive rights of others. You are solely responsible for the content you post or make available through the Services. You may not store, display, distribute or otherwise transmit any content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, deceptive, obscene, pornographic, or harmful to minors.
Other than the foregoing prohibition, you may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law (including but not limited to data, privacy, consumer protection and export control laws).
8. Availability of the Services
Information describing the Services is accessible worldwide but this does not mean the Services or certain portions of the Services are available in your country. We may restrict access to portions of the Services in certain countries. It is your responsibility to make sure your use of the Services is legal in the country where you reside. The Services may not be available in all languages.

You shall be solely responsible for ensuring that any processing of Data by Parties via the Services does not violate any applicable laws. STCLab will not be liable for any liability arising from your use of the Services (including your transmission of Data) over the internet or other network.
10. Commercial Services
Any information provided by STCLab regarding potential future products, features, or functionality is intended to outline our general product direction and should not be relied upon by you in making a purchasing decision. Any information shared with you regarding potential future products is not a commitment, promise, or legal obligation to deliver any material, code, or functionality. The development, release and timing of future features or functions of products provided to you are at the discretion of STCLab and may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
11. Technical Support
STCLab provides technical support resources to users of commercial services based on the specific services you have purchased.
12. Free Trial and Other Promotions
Free trial or other promotions for commercial services provided by STCLab must be used within the specified period. At the end of the period of a free trial or other promotion, your use of that commercial service will expire and any further use of that commercial service will be prohibited unless you convert it to a paid subscription and pay a valid subscription fee.
13. Non-Guarantee
You expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the services is at your sole risk and that you are solely responsible for satisfactory quality, performance, accuracy, and efforts. STCLab and its employees do not guarantee that the service or all functions of the service will be accurate, error-free or uninterrupted, that all defects will be corrected, or that specific results will be achieved by using the service.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, in a condition with all defects and without warranty of any kind, and STCLab will not guarantee merchantability, satisfaction with respect to the services. All warranties and conditions, express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties and/or conditions of non-infringement of third party rights, fitness for a particular purpose, fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed.
STCLab states that there is no guarantee regarding the infringement of intellectual property rights or the possibility of selling the service by this service.
14. Indemnity
You shall indemnify STCLab and its officers, directors, shareholders, predecessors, successors, employees, You agree to indemnify the agents, contractors subsidiaries and affiliates from liability.
15. Compliance with Laws
You agree and represent that, in your acceptance of and performance of these Terms of Use, you will not currently and will not in the future violate any government law, rule, regulation or order that governs your use of the Services.
16. Governing Law
This Agreement will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the law of the Republic of Korea, without reference to its choice of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in Seoul Central District Court located in Seoul, Korea, and the Parties expressly consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions, and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, shall be in accordance with applicable Acts and Subordinate Statutes, including the 「Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」, 「Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions」, and 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, Etc.」. STCLab may, if necessary, establish a separate operational policy for the provision of the Services.
